See who’s covered on your policy and what you’re all covered for (on your factsheet); and see what’s remaining on claimable extras for everyone in the family. You also won’t have to remember another password; the app will connect to your FaceID or TouchID log in^.
Uploading those extras claims you couldn’t get done instore will only take a minute and there’s a Web Chat* feature so you can ask us a question when it suits you. You can also do a bunch of things like:
- Upload photos or documents to submit claims
- Get help through the Web Chat* feature
- View the waiting periods on your included extras
- Update your membership payment details
- Check what’s left to claim on your extras limits
- Order a replacement member card
- See a history of previous claims
- Make a policy payment with your credit card
