There are lots of apps out there, but only one Balanced. We are experts in helping people change their behaviour to improve health and well being and we have put all this knowledge into Balanced. We bring together the latest scientific evidence on helping people change their behaviour and package it together to help you know how much
- quality sleep you get,
- exercise you get,
- time you spend sitting.

We give you the tools and tips you need to improve these behaviours. Why is this important? Lots of apps tell you how much sleep you get or exercise you do. But we take this information and combine it with proven strategies to help change your behaviour to improve your health.

Ratings and reviews

March 13th 2021. Cannot register - "you have been logged out" IMMEDIATELY after registering. Attempted four times. No confirmation e-mail- nothing. I think it is not right to collect data from people without first displaying what service you are offering to them in exchange.

I would like to give this zero stars. As soon as you register it logs you out then if you try to log in it says email and password don't match. If you say forgot password it brings you back to the home page saying you have been logged out. Pointless app.

Pointless, I downloaded it but every time I try and register says "you have been logged out". When I try and log in with the details I set it isn't recognised. Giving up and deleting.
