works as advertised. it's very secure, which is exactly what we want. average rating is not fair representation of this app. I've been using it myself for years and across multiple devices. when changing device, just remember don't throw away the old one until you've setup MQ authentator app on the new device. Otherwise you'll have to call them, which is easy enough by the way....the team are very relaxed and helpful

What a hideous app! It sends you into a loop, from laptop to phone and back to laptop. It doesn't let you log in into your own account and there is no one to help you, no one to complain to. Considering closing my account as soon as I can get hold of someone. I don't need this frustration every time I need to log in to my account.

Wish I could give negative stars. App completely "forgot" registration, which then caused a conflict between main app and mfa app requiring calling their stupid, slow call centre. Can't wait to close account.
