I set it up with no problems. If it gives problems later, I'll be back to report them. It has now worked a couple of times, popping up to confirm that I really do want to do what it looks like. It just works for me.

Dreadful, normally my unique fingerprint is sufficient id for withdrawing money from Macquarie. with the introduction of this Ap it has taken over 3 days to be able to transfer the money . Maquarie help and AI looped me around in circles trying to get the App working. All this looping of ids, numbers and resending codes got nowhere. Macquarie should compensate users for their time wasted in these ever increasingly complex AI verification loops. They are more vulnerable than my fingerprint.

This app would have to rank among one of the worst I've ever come across. Far from intuitive, takes you around in circles, sends some crazy code which, when entered, tells me it's the wrong code. Upon entering it (wrongly) for the third time you are then locked out for five minutes. All I want to do is check my account balance. Why is this so difficult?
