This app deserves no stars! I couldn't transfer 100k to my settlement agency as the authenicator wouldnt enable push notifications. I spent 45 min of my time with the help line. The patient man also struggled with it. The app just wouldnt enabled push notifications and you need that to transfer a large amount of money. Then I was locked out as another department assumed there was fraudlent activity happening. Glitches & headaches!

Dreadful, normally my unique fingerprint is sufficient id for withdrawing money from Macquarie. with the introduction of this Ap it has taken over 3 days to be able to transfer the money . Maquarie help and AI looped me around in circles trying to get the App working. All this looping of ids, numbers and resending codes got nowhere. Macquarie should compensate users for their time wasted in these ever increasingly complex AI verification loops. They are more vulnerable than my fingerprint.

I don't want to install another app on my phone just to get your own personalised authenticator. Combine it into the main app if you must.
