Using this app allows for instant proof of delivery details and signature to be submitted to Simon. Users can receive a list of Consignments that contains all the information for the consignment like Receiver address and list of contents.
It enables a way to capture any comments for the delivery when items are missing, items are damaged and also general comments. It also allows for images to be captured for example condition of goods, issues with access to site, inadequate material handling equipment etc.
There is also provision for deliveries when out of mobile range which will then be uploaded as soon as user enters a mobile reception area.
