Feel like I was conned into buying a subscription. So much for the "free" tags. Just hate this kind of scammy approach in telling you the tags are "free", just pay $4 postage. Then they arrive and you now need to register and pay more. Shame on you Tom for using marketing tactics like this. Be more upfront. Your audience is more sophisticated than you obviously think we are.

I was interested in this product esp when I saw the tag was free just pay for postage. I received the tag in a few days. I went into the app to register my dog when suddenly I received a notification from my bank that $9.95 had been taken out. No notification of the cost plus when I delved further afterwards I was automatically signed into the premium subscription. No where on the app did I agree to any payment or level of subscription. I cancelled my account immediately. Totally wrong.

Wouldn't dream of not using Crumb. Beyond affordable for what you get and support from the team is top-notch. The app is great, easy to use, and makes it really quick to respond to alerts about my drama queen cat doing things she shouldn't be. Not had an instance of being unable to find something too. Thankfully I've not had to utilise the missing poster or vet/shelter notification system just yet, but it's reassuring to know they exist should my cat go AWOL. Thanks Crumb!
