$60 fee feels a bit steep for what it is. Felt a bit snakey that it's not obvious in the signup process. At least there was an email reminder before the fee was applied (if you go to cancel the app during the trial period it'll give you a $20 discount) but kind of feeling put off the concept already and most banks will do a kids account without fees.

Scheduled top ups don't work for no reason and no notification, the "real time" spending notifications worked for the trial period and now that I've paid the yearly fee they don't work anymore. Incredibly disappointed that the app doesn't function as described and I'm now out $60 for something I don't want to continue using. It's slow and buggy and transfers take too long too.

Hi, been using the app for the past 2 years... never had a problen at all... recently done an update on both my phone and the app, now it is no longer working... nor is the App Showing the Spriggy icon in the phones App Settings... App wont let me login at all... i have a Samsung Galaxy A04.... myself and my son have the same model phone and his app is no longer working on his phone too. I just keep getting automated emails telling me to do the same thing (Which isnt working). HELP PLEASE
