App doesn't let me log in anymore, just says "something went wrong, please try again later." 3 weeks later and still have the exact same problem and I have checked the other reviews here and alot of people are saying they have the same problem. Update: Ended up finding the fix from another review here. You need to set your phone date and time to automatic in your settings. Worked straight away after that.

I haven't been able to log into the app since the start of 2026 (nearly 3 months). I have tried reinstalling or logging in on different devices but keep getting the 'Something went wrong' error message. Able to log in on the desktop website, but it is far clunkier to use on mobile. Will be looking to change to a different bank if this continues 🤷

Worst app, always updating and giving you useless notifications when you try and log in. You can't see past 60 day transactions even when you ring the bank and ask. You now need a token security key every time you log in and regardless, I haven't been able to log into the app for weeks? I'm moving my money back to ING.
