I have been using this app for some time now and I love it! I can always find a meditation to suit my need for that day. I like that the mediations vary in time length so you can do a 5 minute one some days and when you have more time the longer ones. Fleur has a very calming voice and always makes me feel relaxed. The mediations are high quality recordings and I always choose to have the music which is well matched. New content uploaded frequently. Thanks so much Fleur 😍😍

This is a great meditation app with a variety of focuses, such as gratitude, awareness and connection. You also have the option to listen to them with or without music that I've not seen before. There are also other guided mindful practices like guided writing you can do. Fleur is a favourite meditation teacher of mine - her meditations get me to such a quiet spot that is a valuable part of my every day. Thank you for this beautiful app!

I love how Fleur makes mindfulness and meditation available to everyone with a variety of sessions, differing themes, music only, journalling sessions, courses and differing lengths. So whether you are a seasoned meditator or a newby you will find what you need.
