1 star. And honestly, if I could go lower, I would. The app constantly crashes and repeatedly asks for two-factor authentication codes even after you’ve already logged in multiple times. If you’re on a mobile device, that means constantly switching back and forth between apps just to retrieve the code. It’s tedious and completely unnecessary. All I wanted to do was open the PDF of my ticket. Something that should take about five seconds. Instead, the app refuses to load it properly.

Absolutely garbage app. Nearly impossible to purchase tickets on. Emails me a verification code- so I go to my email app to get said code, when I return to the ticketek app it has logged me out, so I have to start the process again. Also had to leave the app to verify the payment, when I returned to the app had logged me out mid payment. Do you not want me to buy tickets because I nearly gave up! Had to purchase a laptop in the end with the phone to verify. Fix your app!!

Worst app hands down. Makes you log in every single time you open it, which defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. Once you do re-log in it barely functions and won't accept shared tickets. Wish I could give 0 stars, which is still more than it deserves.
