Ratings and reviews

Bought tickets for an event with the only option of "app delivery" but they don't show up in the app! I have the order confirmation in my emails, I can see it in my order history in the browser, Ticketek can see the order on their end but I can't get my tickets. Their advice was to uninstall the app and clear the cache but because that doesn't work my only option is to line up at the ticket office on the day. If you're forced to use this app for tickets it should bloody work!

I cant imagine why they have forced people to use a mobile app that is so buggy. Trying to share tickets is a nightmare and the link won't let you open then on a browser (unless you remove certain items in the address bar). For those having issues with multiple ticket sharing you need to share them one at a time and have them accepted the ticket. Also closed the app, clear the cache and try until you can get a prompt for approving the ticket. Once that has gone through, wait 10 minutes and retry

Business Failure. Before even downloading this app as a forced prerequisite to obtain purchased tickets - i was able to determine; given the large number of reviews and the embarrassingly low rating garnered, compiled with the lack of response or reply from the business - that ticketek do not have customers as a priority or concern - that the business is poorly managed, that their IT department is moreorless non existent and that given the option - one should avoid ticketek if possible.
