Such a good system. User friendly. And much better than my previous bank. They make me feel like I'm worth something. I'm not just another number! Edit: I have unfortunately, been subjected to fraudulent payments online, I have learned my lesson. As soon as I realised Up customer service through the app were quick to resolve it and gave tips about spotting a fake item in the future! I'm so impressed 😁.

I am so glad I opened an account with Up, it's the best banking I've ever done! The app is easy to use, & I love the savings feature. It makes saving each week like a game! I love it. At last, banking with a bank that you can trust to look out for your money, & have your best interest at the heart of their business! Who would've thought, from a bank? Best modern bank in Australia, literally have no complaints about anything, I have been using it almost since it launched and there's still no other banks that compare. The perfect bank for us girlies who don't like going into a branch, don't want to have to call someone to ask for help, and just want things to be easy to use and make sense. Up is ethical as well so I know my money didn't being invested in anything bad. Every time I need help it's easy and customer support are lovely. No notes!
