I used to really love this banking app, but all throughout this year, there have been many issues with outages where you can't transfer money or use your card. It's quite frustrating when you need to transfer money into your account to pay for groceries and you can't actually pay for them.. There have even been times where payments going into accounts have been delayed :(

Fun to interact with and great for managing money in 'buckets' to save. also a very good savings interest rate right now. I would LOVE if the UX could be made a little more intuitive to navigate though; for example: 1. the pages at the top could be scrolled without having to leave the current page 2. more to explore should be the last page (my own accouynts should be the first page I land on- quick, easy, accessible). 3. Under Talk to Us it'd be awesome to have FAQ permanently there :)

Amazing experience, I have ADHD and banking, saving and overspending has literally always been my biggest struggle, queue UP bank, I joined them fairly early on and didn't really look into it much but a year or so ago I decided to look into it again after hearing/seeing such positive feedback and I can 💯 recommend them! so user friendly, interactive and amazing and supportive customer service. cannot recommend them enough!
