Simply appalling. The message constantly received is that "Service Victora is experiencing Technical difficulties". This will haunt you after multiple uploads of your identity documents, only to glitch at the end. After 4 hours of repeatedly trying to use the app to verify identity, I ended up getting paper copies certified at the local police station.

Absolutely useless app for confirming identity. Been trying for an hour and it continually had internal server error, loss of internet messages, can't match photo to document etc etc etc. Now it just says it can't because it's tried too many times.

Hi Brian, we have a virtual assistant, Vicky, at service.vic.gov.au who can answer questions & is available 24/7. Look for the ‘Ask’ icon at the bottom of the website. THANK YOU ALL SORTED NOW. App wouldn't register 3rd or 4th vax, no matter I do, and believe me I've tried many times. Also not notified that 3rd vax was due. Too much unnecessary confusion between multiple apps and departments. Favourites can't be sorted.

Hello Shona, sorry to hear this. You can add your updated certificate to the Service Victoria app the same way you first added your digital certificate, using either myGov or the Express Plus Medicare app. When you add your new certificate to the app, it will simply copy over the old one. What's new
This update includes changes to QR check in because you’re no longer required to check in at Victorian venues. You can still view your check in history for the past 28 days.
