Really poor app. Ive deleted and reinstalled on my Android phone. Ive tried to access the digital wallet to add a digital card, im either asked to sign in or open an account, it keeps saying it doesn't recognise my email with either. No help or assistance to follow through. Definitely a zero.

Terrible. Just tried to put my digital license on it. I've used apps that simply scan your license in the past. This one (owned by the government FFS) asks you to manually input each item. Ridiculous. My card doesn't have a card number but it's a required field so i codify do it. Fail fail fail.

Hi Charles, card numbers can be tricky to find. The card number is on the back of your licence in the top right corner or under your birth year. If your licence has a changed details sticker, check there too. Card numbers start with the letter P or D followed by 7 digits. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch at service.vic.gov.au/message

As hard as I try App does not work. Have attempted several different phone settings (Samsung) and cleared storage and various files all for nothing. If anyone can assist would be appreciate.
