App doesn't seem to be able to handle stored passwords on Google lol...you have to login multiple times...despite already being logged in...technical errors seem to occur on the daily. A cheap, poorly designed app made by idiots. Doesn't seem to store transactions properly either, just updated cards to my wallet and the transaction has already vanished from the app. Dangerously useless given how they want us to rely on it for identification etc.

The Service Victoria experience has been vastly improved. There are still a few tiny niggles: No way to contact anyone about problems. I can't add a digital driver's licence. I'd just renewed my licence and the app won't accept a one with an expiry date more than 10 years in the future. Not a big problem. It should work in a couple of weeks. Perhaps make the limit 10 years and 6 weeks? Boat licences can't be added. (Yet?) You can buy an ambulance membership but can't add an existing one.

I can't get a digital licence. I can't register for the Registration rebate. I copy EXACTLY how my name is and my licence number and it comes up with an error that they don't match. NO I haven't changed names or anything of the sort. So friggin frustrating 😡
