App doesn't seem to be able to handle stored passwords on Google lol...you have to login multiple times...despite already being logged in...technical errors seem to occur on the daily. A cheap, poorly designed app made by idiots. Doesn't seem to store transactions properly either, just updated cards to my wallet and the transaction has already vanished from the app. Dangerously useless given how they want us to rely on it for identification etc.

I use the Service Victoria app infrequently. Previously every time was plain sailing. Not today, the app kept stopping. That is, the app would launch, display its splash screen, then its home screen, a second or two after that the app would minimise itself. I was unable to get even close to performing my desired task - add a card to my SV digital wallet. The latest version of the app is installed: 1.47.0-2699-citizen. I hope this info reaches the app's developers to inspire them to fix it.

This app has an excellent user interface and customer experience. Thank you to the design team for keeping the customer front of mind!
