Won't Let Me Cancel! Just got annual renewal billed on my credit card!! Non-existent Support! App failed within 48 hours of 'free trial' end & hasn't worked since. Downloaded the app bc it offered 7 day free trial. Tried to go in to do a bit more with it after the week was up but can't get past the opening page. I can't use it. I can't change anything already set up. Not. Happy. Emailed & got canned ai reply with basic install instructions. Uninstalled & reinstalled several times.

Like many others have stated, it's pretty impossible to cancel the subscription. I couldn't even get my profile all the way set up, because after a few pages into it, the last screen I was on didn't show any kind of "continue" or "next" button. It's useless, and there's no way to cancel. This is a money scam! And with no way to cancel, after the initial $17.99, I'll be continually charged month after month at the regular rate of $29.99 a month. This outfit needs to be shut down and arrested!!!!!

The app itself is fine. ZERO info on how to cancel or update anything on your subscription. Wish I'd read the reviews.... but you know, I have ADHD. I tend to skip details sometimes; especially when I've had to take in a lot of other info about the app to decide if I should try it. They make it sound so easy, assure you that you can cancel any time. No problem. No worries. Idk how to even get in touch with them. So mad at myself. I feel like I'll be stuck paying forever. 🙄
