The machine is great, the app is awful. Search function doesn't load results and the AI generator tools don't function either. There are often times the printer won't connect and you have to go through the exact same steps repeatedly, until eventually, with nothing changing, it connects. All that being said, if you are just browsing what to print with nothing special in mind, it's convenient to select something and then print it. That's pretty much the only convenience in this app.

App will not work. Very disappointed. My son was so excited to open this up on Christmas day and couldn't even use it. He runs over every time he hears a beep or any sound at all hoping I have it fixed. I've tried dozens of times to get it to work... clearing cache, clearing data, uninstall and reinstalling app... turning off and on printer. Nothing works, just a bad product and no customer service like always.

HORRIBLE!!!! The app won't run if connected to my WiFi because the cloud service gets flagged as a possible virus. When I am able to open it, the model search doesn't work, the models that are there won't load in the slicer and my printer won't connect 80% of the time. I got this for my son and am sending it back. I have a lot of experience with 3D printing and this is by far my worst experience!
