App is much more stable on my son's iPad than my android phone. It works fine most of the time but constantly has bugs. I am no longer able to load and unload filament using the android app. I have an older version on my laptop that I've been using instead to load/unload. I'm afraid to update it on my laptop until it gets fixed. for those who can't connect, it's likely a Wi-Fi issue. make sure "guest network"/"client isolation" settings are off on your wireless.

I started with the old version of this app. It had its issues, but worked adequately. Now the app updated and its TERRIBLE. Connection is lost constantly, prints mess up, it's not as easy to find prints... Very unfortunate. The printer is great, the app, not so much.

I’ve spent hours trying to set up my XMaker Joy, and the app simply does not work. The printer connects to WiFi just fine — solid blue light, no issues — but the app is stuck in a constant login loop. Every time I try to add the printer, it tells me I’m logged in, then immediately sends me back to the login screen. It also keeps insisting I need mobile data turned on, even though I’m already connected to the correct WiFi network. The printer is online, but the app refuses to recognize it.
