i am here writing about wellness- booking fitness sessions. slots get booked and when you reach at the fitness centre, app unable to work in proper manner. Unable to scan QR. Saya camera not working, enable location or se other reason whereas all permissions already given. Then suddenly my slot get disappeared and I am unable to find my appointment. if I try for another booking it says only one per day allowed as per plan. So much technical glitch.

Last year, the app was working fine. However, the current experience has been extremely disappointing. I’m seriously considering ending any plans with a company that provides such poor service in the health sector. The app frequently crashes during basic actions like booking appointments. When trying to book health checkups, it doesn’t show labs based on the current location even those partnered with Bajaj Health. Similarly, when searching for doctors nearby, the app shows results from entirely

one of the worst medical app (use meddi buddy/or other provider). - Doctors hardly join the online call. - Medicine will take 4+ days to come. Any emergency medicine should not e taken from them. In general health issues, will be solved by that time. Order only when you have to stock the medicine. - Customer support doesn't know how to fix the issue, they every time route to a different team - All 5 star reviews are fake/paid.
