Ratings and reviews

Third-class app. Visa card fund transfer doesn’t work, and there aren’t enough bank transfer options. They also added unnecessary options like Upay Chaka, which always spin 0 by default. I’ve also faced ATM cash withdrawal issues multiple times. the last two times I had the same problem.

very bad app. every month face problems. I have to make complaints every single month. I was about to add money. Tried with 30300. The app didn't take me to the next process. And then check the daily transaction limit. it is blocked. Non sense. If I complain to the customer care, sir it will be ok on the next day. I need money today. not tomorrow.

Add Union Pay card to upay app. You cannot add money through Union Pay from the Upay app.
