Ratings and reviews

The worst app ever. If you intend to add money but the app closes or the internet goes down when as you input your card information, your daily limit has been exceeded. Despite whatever you do, you will never be able add money, no matter how much you need. They won't resolve the issue if you call their support. There are a lot of inexperienced support staff there.

Very bad experience. I forgot my login password on the Upaya app, I called their customer care and tried calling them several times to reset the PIN.They deducted money from my balance but did not provide a solution. When I went to the app, it said to call customer care, and when I called customer care again, it said to follow the instructions of the app. In the end, I failed to reset the PIN.

1 Star Very disappointing experience. I tried to make two QR payments. Both transactions failed, but the money was still deducted from my Upay account. I have emailed customer support several times, but I have received no response at all. Poor customer service and no resolution for failed transactions.
