I tried to use this app for my very old mother. Unfortunately this app is worse than anything. It displays verfication histories perfectly. But when i try to click Next Step in the Life verification, it does nothing. I didn't scan the NID, added the number manually. If the issue is with server, this app must show it. As usual the govt. apps are good for nothing. But they spent tons of money for these craps. The user guide doesn't work as well. Even a school kid can build a better app than this.

The app UI and functionality needs improvement.

Please fix the issue with "next step" or পরবর্তী ধাপ. it doesn’t work at all.
