Ever since Ive been using this app I seem to have issues logging in every once in a while. I rarely open the app but when I do I feel like Im often struggling to actually make it work somehow.

9 out of 10 times I am not able to log in to my profile. I keep running in closed circles: my fingerprint is NOK, I try password (which works on desktop), then must enter my card's ID (was done in the past), once done, I am informed that this card is already registered under profile which is obvious since I am trying to LOG IN, not SIGN IN which did work in the past. I delete the app, download new one, which fails to find internet on my phone meantime all the rest of the apps work.

Dear Aurelija, I saw you were able to login on the 28th of april to enrol your card. Your issue has been fixed then? If yes may I ask you to update your review. Kind regards, Kevin

Am still not happy with services designed by the Post. They should have sticked to delivering letters. I wanted to go through my expenses and the list I get is very unclear as to what and where I made a purchase. It's not convenient. Also, they changed the password system and I was locked out of my account and had to request a password reset to get in again. The password string I usually choose which contains all required elements, was denied while being conform their prescription.

Dear, could you please send you bpaid card numer (100/) to financialservices@bpost.be with an explanation of the issue you are facing with your password. About the expenses list, you have all your purchases and reloads sorted by dates. Then we will be able to support you. Kind regards, Kevin
