Installed the app so I could retrieve a package because you have to add the barcode in the app to be able to pick up the parcel. Starting the app gives an error straight away without any option to log in and retrieve my package! Unbelievable, is you force the use of an app to retrieve a package, than make sure the app works. Very, very disappointed!

Edit: one star only. -the chat is useless, when you switch to a different app, the connection is broken. -delivery prefeneces is different like on the website. -When I try to change the delivery option the app crashes. -Also, I don't know why one part of the order is delivered to my place the other one to a pick up location?!

Wow, it refuses any tracking codes for parcels that are not in BE. Who designed this? I get a tracking code from a vendor, it is valid (can track it on international track sites), so why can't I already enter it? So that I get the notifications as soon as it enters Belgium. Now I have to track it manually so I know when to enter it in this app. JFC
