Ratings and reviews

Creating an account doesn't work from within the app. First time I created an account on my phone, clicked the confirmation email (I clicked it on my computer), then tried to login on my computer. Says "wrong password", so I reset my password and try to login again, this time it says "A technical error has occurred. Please try to log in again". No matter how many times I login, it still says that... What I ended up having to do was creating a second account all from my computer for it to finally work! Given I think this might be an error on the server-side or something, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. Another issue I found was that on the new purchase screen if you type too quickly in the departure text field the app will crash to a gray screen. Overall a frustrating experience and it makes me worried that the app will stop working when I need it to :(

Extremely limited, unreliable, poorly executed,... These are just some of the first things coming to mind. Google Maps actually gives better, more accurate information and more possibilities. The only excuse is that SNCB itself has the punctuality of a third world country (get your act together SNCB) Just use Google Maps and save yourself from endless frustration.

Fully agree with previous comments/remarks. Improve here is synonym to worsen. Why to do better when lesser is possible. Messy App and definitely not user friendly It took very looooooonnngggg minutes...5 or more between bank payment confirmation and payment processing on APP. A DISGRACE From bad to worse....just like the whole of the company... There is a serious issue with payments using the KBC Mobile application. It takes an unusual long time to process without knowing if utvis accepted
