One of the worst delivery apps I have ever used. I used it 3 times over the period of 6 months. 1st order: was canceled by them after 3 hours. 2nd order: delivered after 2 hours and a lot of calls complaining the order is delayed. 3rd order: after an hour and half of ordering the order is marked as delivered and I didn't get it. Don't use the app, call a pharmacy it is easier, much more faster and you will get a respectable service at least

Unfortunately Application became very poor after getting a big update. Search became very weak. Products don't show images, descriptions or alternatives. It seems that Development team lost the application code and started from scratch with very low creativity. Even order status algorithm became very bad. It updates very late and does not send notifications or pharmacy options like before. I it will be improved like past soon.

App still has errors... I can place items in Cart & place order but nothing gets processed!?... Also, there is no option to ask for help or to contact the company (no email, no phone number, no chat). Time to move forward with other apps that provide same service and are much reliable. Update: seems that they have blocked my account probably because of my review... Losers!
