Ratings and reviews

App doesn't show any appointments. I do get mails and sms notifications, but the app itself doesn't show anything. Already contacted support once, but I am treated with silence. I know it's a festive period, but there should always be support.

Website is functional, but it's also frustrating as many pages, especially reviews' are only in Greek, they cannot be translated by the system nor the text can be copied to be pasted into a translator app.

Used it in Belgium. I paid for an appointment in August 2025 but the doctor never showed up and didn't mention an absence. I wrote a few times to doctoranytime and to the doctor to get a refund but nobody replies to me. Terrible customer service, I don't recommend and won't use this app again.
