With the A1 Cloud PBX mobile app, A1 business customers can use a softphone connected to A1's virtual PBX service. This enables them to:

• make and receive calls through the app
• send and receive chat messages
• access their contact list
• make video calls and audio conference calls
• share photos and files.

In order to access the application, A1 Cloud PBX customers need to authenticate to the service platform with their username and password. Access to the application is via a QR code generated by the platform.
