The process of collecting the clothes from the sellers is good, the interface as well. The 2-stars from this review is for the high percetange that Remix keeps from each item sold. I understand that there are costs involved with maintaing such a platform, but I was highly dissapointed in the revenue I received. If I would have known beforehand, I would have donated all the clothes.

In my opinion not worth it at all. I sent them my items and as a previous comment says in order to return them they sell them back to you. Let alone the fact that you have to pay the shipping for each item on it's own. You also get pennies if you don't sell at a high price and their terms are vague. This is a really bad experience for me. I don't know about buying and honestly I won't try it after this. Never again...

Two items ordered from them. A Levi’s jacket that was presented as new without tags. The jacket arrived with the inner tags cut off, discolored buttons, and it was dirty. It is clearly a second-hand product! The second item ordered was a shirt presented as new with tags. The shirt arrived with torn fabric. Do not buy! They sell second-hand products at outlet prices!
