Ever since they removed the option to sort prices in ascending or descending order, I don't really buy from Remix anymore. On top of that, lately you can't even make a return because the app isn't working. Even though I've sent emails, they couldn't help me, so I still can't return the clothes. It's disappointing what they’ve been doing with this app over the past year.

Probably the best shopping experience! However, I can't shop anymore, all my transactions are refused in the last months and nobody respond to my requests. After the authorisation from the bank app, they refuse the payment and not responding to my emails.

The process of collecting the clothes from the sellers is good, the interface as well. The 2-stars from this review is for the high percetange that Remix keeps from each item sold. I understand that there are costs involved with maintaing such a platform, but I was highly dissapointed in the revenue I received. If I would have known beforehand, I would have donated all the clothes.
