Probably the best shopping experience! However, I can't shop anymore, all my transactions are refused in the last months and nobody respond to my requests. After the authorisation from the bank app, they refuse the payment and not responding to my emails.

The app is okay, but their cleanout feature that they promote everywhere has a very bad user experience. I ordered a cleanout kit, I prepared the package and wanted to have it picked up from my home. My request had an error. Therefore, I decided to go myself and leave it at a drop out point that I selected from the app. When I got there, the generated qr code didn't work and I couldn't leave the package. It was a very frustrating experience and for sure I will not use this again.

Shopping and receiving items is quick, so are the returns and refunds, which is great. They have good deals too, however some clothes are in pretty bad shape. The Clean Out option is great in theory but in reality more and more items have vanished from the kits I've sent in - all of them were in good or excellent condition, so Remixes reasoning that they were not good enough to sell is just BS, especially seeing some of the torned, stained stuff I've received from them and sent back eventually.
