About this app

Quick Font Creator is a professional tool built for type designers and lettering enthusiasts who want to transform their handwriting into a real font file. Before getting started, we assume you already know what TTF means and have a basic understanding of Unicode.

Exporting fonts is a paid feature—but keep in mind, this is the only app available today that can generate full TTF fonts natively on a mobile device. No internet connection required, no waiting for uploads, no scanning paper sheets—your strokes turn into a font file instantly, right on your phone.

Here’s what makes it special:

✨ Key Highlights
✏️ Effortless workflow: Draw directly on the screen, tap Generate, and you’ll instantly have a ready-to-install font—no vectors, no complex settings.
⏱️ Lightning fast results: Most users go from first stroke to a complete font in under ten minutes, turning quick ideas into real, usable typefaces.
🌐 True TTF freedom: Export as genuine TTF files that install anywhere—documents, websites, graphics—giving you full creative control.
💾 Preserve your handwriting: Digitize your unique script forever, and let your personal style live on across any project or format.
🎉 Creativity first: Focus on ideas, not menus. Preview fonts instantly at any size, experiment freely, and share your creations right away.
🔧 Simple, straightforward setup: Install the app, sketch your characters, and export. That’s it—perfect for fast projects, prototypes, or just playful exploration.

1. You can't overwrite a character unless you write it 5 times on mobile. But this isn't true for larger screens, for some reason. 2. The guide character disappears every 32 chars, for some reason. 3. Please let us search chars or blocks by name, e.g. search “diaresis” to get the char “¨”.

The latest version has added the ability to search characters by name. The first two issues were not modified. Are you sure they are still not resolved? At least the second issue does not occur in the latest version.

I love this font making! However, there is a problem: Glyphs written is limited to first 4, glyph count no longer exist, Only show font name, Displays character set and progress. Can you please add written glyphs and glyph count in the main menu?

I understand your point now. In the new version, the number of preview glyphs was reduced and the character count removed to save space and allow room for future features. I’ll consider adding a setting to restore the previous display. If you have other suggestions, feel free to share. Thank you!

i like this app. Happy to have created my own font. however, I can't use it with my Samsung android keyboard to type in WhatsApp and other apps. I'm not seeing it in phone keyboard language section. i was hoping this would be possible after purchasing the font :( best to learn another language as the options r already there for language characters on the phone's default keyboard. shalom

Thanks for your feedback! This app is focused on creating fonts (as the name suggests), but it doesn’t include a font keyboard. I noticed some other apps on Play Store do offer custom font keyboards, so you might want to try those. Good luck, and thanks again for using our app!
