Ratings and reviews

This keyboard is weird, but way more fun and easy to learn than I expected (and they have traditional qwerty too). I have realized I've relied heavily on talk to text (which for security reasons I'm trying to move away from) so I'm kinda slow still, and I do miss swipe - but Typewise is even working on that as a feature! I can see why they're so highly recommended. if you're looking for a secure keyboard, this is the one to bet on!

good idea, but not good enough. I hardly use it. need a more flexible app. Examples: 1. ability to change where the letters go, 2. want to change size/location of the hexagons, 3. more flexible shortcut system, like replace 'yy' with 'q', or 'hh' with a much-needed microphone. Love the swiping up for another character, want to swipe 6-8 different ways for shortcuts. --would gladly pay $200 for this, instead of $25 for something i don't use, especially needed with my enormous fingers

It was such a relief to find an app that doesn't participate in predictive text and all that AI garbage. I would have bought the lifetime service already just for that. But the emoji and the number switch key being in the same tiny space with no way to turn off the emoji key or make it or the board bigger is likely going to be what keeps me from using the app going forward. It is incredibly frustrating and slows typing to open that emoji menu by accident when you only want the numerics. : (
