Welcome to the TonusApp community!

TonusApp is the first fitness app in Romania dedicated to women. Whether you choose to train at the gym or at home, TonusApp is your personal coach, who will support you in achieving your goals of toning and toning.

TonusApp is the product of a team with experience in fitness and nutrition, addressed to women of all ages who want to change their lifestyle, become more active and learn to feed properly and healthily.

TonusApp is a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle, bringing together fitness, nutrition and positive thinking, in an effort to determine as many women as possible to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to have a happy and fulfilled life. Working together, sharing impressions, tips and experiences, you will achieve consistency in training, inner balance and self-control.

• Easy to use, intuitive, with autoplay function so you do not have any elements to distract you during your training, but also the option to intervene on each workout (you can pause, run on or go back);
• Easy to follow training at home or in the gym;
