Every road on Earth, on your indoor trainer.

AnyMap builds a 3D world from real map data. Climb the great passes of the big tours. Lap the race tracks you know from TV. Ride through New York, Paris or the road outside your door. Race riders from all over the world, or jump on for a quick workout.

THE WHOLE WORLD

ROUTE BUILDER
Tap a few points on the map. AnyMap finds the roads between them and builds the route. Give it a name, and ride it in about two minutes. Your route is there for every rider.

RACING
• A race starts every hour, so there is always one coming
• Make your own race: pick the route, the laps and the start time
• Ride in the draft: stay on a wheel and save up to 45 % of the drag
• Set a reminder, wait for the countdown, and go
• Talk to other riders in the live chat

WORKOUTS
• More than 200 structured workouts, from an easy spin to all-out intervals
• Recovery, endurance, sweet spot, threshold and VO2 max
• Each workout sets the power for you, at your own level, and tells you what it is for
• Build your own: stack blocks, ramps and intervals in watts or % of FTP

TRAINING PROGRAMS
Eight programs, from beginner to professional. Up to 12 weeks and up to four rides a week. Each week asks a little more, with rest when your body needs it. Get fit again, gain power, get ready for a gran fondo or a race season.

ERG MODE
No plan today? Set the watts and go. The trainer holds the power, however fast you pedal. Change it by 5 or 25 watts with one tap.

KNOW YOUR FTP
Find your FTP with the guided ramp test or the classic 20-minute test. After every ride, AnyMap checks your FTP. Ride a new best, and your zones move up at once.

STATS
• Every ride saved, second by second: power, heart rate, cadence and speed, on the map where you rode
• Your power curve: your best power for every duration
• Time in each zone, day by day, and your streak of weeks
• Rides, kilometers and time, against the month before

WHY RIDE INDOORS
No cars, no red lights, no falls. No coasting downhill, so every minute on the trainer is a minute of training. Any weather, any hour. When it is dark and cold outside, ride at home and keep your form all year.

AnyMap talks to your gear over Bluetooth. It finds it by itself, and connects again when you come back.
