I've not had this for too long, so I will update if anything changes, but I love the layout of the app and the ease of setup and use. It has a real time heart rate monitor, looks like an ekg, and a slew of other features. That said, I want to note that I tried to sleep in it and was startled awake and out of curiosity, decided to check on it. To my shock, it was giving crazy, wacky readings, like the lines were criss-crossing!! Scared me. Fixed with sitting up straight. So be aware of this!!

App is dumbed down - limiting hardware potential. Got the Bioheart to use as a holter monitor to catch possible arrythmias. App can only record up to 5 minutes max of your heart rhythm - regardless how much memory your phone has. So if you feel something, open your phone, open the app, start the reading, hit the record button, select how long (1-5 minutes) and hope you catch the arrythmia. Next, you will have an endless side scrolling to review the rhythm- not horizontal screen, multiple strips

This seems like a nice product so far. Good connection and recording of heart rate. Two things... 1. There's no way to know if your heart rate is normal from the app. I guess you need to ask your doctor about that. 2. The Bioheart foreground service runs continuously. You always have a notification in your tray with no way (from the app) to turn it off. You could have Android block the notification, but I don't know if that will negatively effect the app.
