Ratings and reviews

App was easy to use, I recieved my order two days earlier than stated which is a plus. However, contacting customer service is almost impossible, my emails are still unanswered and the number listed on the app, ig & the website is no good. It goes straight to voicemail, which is full of messages so it hangs up. No actual way to contact them for questions or concerns unless you have Instagram and I don't.

I received a package containing a product (as promised). But when I opened the well wrapped package the top of the bottle was broken causing me to lose half of my order. I immediately called explaining what happened, I received another bottle within 2 days, wrapped to ensure that the same thing didn't happen. I appreciate the prompt response. Customer service is important to me, because if this they will continue to get my business.

I appreciate that mobility and how easy it is to share this app. A suggestion to improve would be to have a better description on some of the products/literature. It is great for people to do their own research, however, if this is the 1st place I have found or heard of the book, I may need more
