Ratings and reviews

Newest version of the app doesn't work at all. The login flow timed out and displayed a "too many code attempts" error after just one login attempt. After clearing the app cache/data, I was able to log in, and tried to place a pickup order. I got a "order ahead not available at this location" error, but on the map/list that location was available so I selected it again and got an error. I tried logging out and back in, and got a generic error "oops, something went wrong." Feels very vibe-coded.

The staff at Blank Street are wonderful and the app is really convenient when it DOES work but the last three times I've used it to buy food the shop is sold out of what I ordered when I arrive. Often the staff offer me a replacement but this results in getting a cheaper pastry or nothing at all and I've never gotten a refund for the difference. If this happened once I wouldn't mind but it adds up and after several times of this happening I won't be using this app to get food anymore.

app is super glitchy. unable to create an account or order through the app. it states every location is not avaible for pick up orders.
