The app is almost unusable. Attempting to place an order results in a split screen on the phone between the app and browser, at which point the Harmons browser screen can only go solid white. Refreshing does nothing. Apps and browsers are all updated. I can understand an app sending you to a webpage but the way this attempts to function or currently works is busted. Don't waste your time downloading.

This is a pretty poor design as far as taking care of your customers goes. On paper it probably sounded great but in practical application it is not. The last thing I want to do before spending time grocery shopping is spend even more time on the app trying to find coupons on items that I'm just hoping you guys have a current coupon for. Make things easier on your customers, that will keep them coming back.

I installed this to refill my prescriptions and it's one of the least user friendly apps I have used. For example, when refilling prescriptions, you must enter your birthday. However, there is no way to simply enter the date in m/d/y format. Instead you are presented with a calendar, that you must then tap the arrows on to the month and year. It starts at Jan 1st 2000, so if you were born in the 70's be prepared to do alot of tapping.
