About this app

bookkeeping is a personal finance app designed for fast daily bookkeeping and clearer spending control. You can enter natural-language text and record multiple transactions in one input. The app supports income and expense logging, date parsing (including relative dates), category assignment, tags, notes, and editing before confirmation.

A countdown confirmation flow lets you review parsed records before they are saved. You can adjust amount, type, date, category, tags, and item details, then confirm or cancel. The app also supports recurring items, custom category rules, and shortcut commands for common actions such as checking today/week/month summaries and listing tags.

For monitoring, you can set day/week/month/year plans for income and expenses, compare plan vs actual results, and track balance, daily budget pressure, and financial status alerts. You can search, filter, sort, batch-select, edit, and delete records. Bill data can be imported from and exported to Excel files.

Asset tracking is included: create assets, convert records into assets, track purchase cost plus maintenance cost, set target days, rate usage experience, and review retirement-style summaries with amortized cost and residual value estimates. Trend views provide period-based totals for income, expense, and balance.

The app keeps records and settings locally on the device for offline continuity, and an optional AI mode can be configured for record parsing, query handling, spending simulation, and reflection prompts
