About this app

Bloomed NR1 is the workplace wellness app that monitors your occupational health and supports your company in managing NR-1 (psychosocial risks).

Available to employees of companies that offer Bloomed. Access is via your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and a password you create during activation.

What you'll find:

• NR-1 Assessment (HSE-IT): answer the workplace wellness questionnaire simply, one question at a time.

• Daily check-in: record your mood, sleep, and physical activity and track your progress in graphs.

• Daily goals: create healthy habits and mark your achievements.

• Wellness content: articles and audios about sleep, stress, self-care, and mental health.

• Benefits: the advantages of your plan, all in one place.

Privacy first (LGPD):
Your responses are pseudonymized. The company NEVER sees individual responses — only aggregated and anonymized indicators, with a minimum number of respondents per segment. Your identity data is kept separate from your answers. You can delete your account at any time through the app itself.
