Dr. Sig brings together in one app what psychotherapists usually scatter across notebooks, spreadsheets, phone calendars, and conversations with accountants.

SESSION RECORDS
Note down the session in text or record the audio and receive a ready-to-use transcript, identifying who spoke. Records and case studies are kept with the analysand to whom they belong, organized by date, from the first meeting to the present.

HISTORY SEARCH
Two hundred sessions fit in a folder, but not in your head. Ask in Portuguese — "when did she start talking about her father?" — and the app searches the entire history of that analysand, sessions and records, and answers based on what you yourself wrote.

SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY
Fixed times, appointments, no-shows, and rescheduling. You define your availability once, and the schedule organizes itself around it.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT PER CLIENT
Session value, payment date, outstanding balance and for how long — with notification when a payment is overdue, so you don't find out three months later. Supports multiple currencies.

RECEIPTS AND ACCOUNTANT
Service receipt in PDF format, with your signature, sent by email to the client and their accountant. Per session, per week, or for the full month.

ONLINE SESSION VIA MEET OR ZOOM
When the session takes place via Google Meet or Zoom, Dr.Sig creates the room and receives the transcript from the provider. Nothing is recorded by the device — which resolves the microphone dispute between the call and the recording — and these transcripts do not consume credits. Depends on the Google Workspace or Zoom account plan of each professional.

PROOF OF PAYMENT SENT VIA WHATSAPP
The proof of payment sent by the client is read and enters a queue with the read value next to the expected value, for you to verify. The app never marks a payment as received on its own.

WHAT DR.SIG DOES NOT DO
It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, replace supervision or the clinical judgment of the professional, and has no contact with the analysands. Transcriptions and search results are supporting material for a text you wrote — the clinical decision is always yours.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Each account only sees its own analysands, with isolation applied in the database. Before sending text to AI services, the analysand's name is replaced by a generic identifier. Recording a session depends on prior authorization from the analysand, requested by email and registered by the app. Deleting the account erases everything permanently.
