Our app was created to help everyone who has a senior relative and is having a hard time supporting them in managing their health and well-being.
In the app you will find:
- Health indicators: Find out if your senior relative's health is progressing well through indicators and graphs. Have information that helps you manage your family's health even if you are far away.
- Share the information with whoever you want: You will always be updated on your relative's health status and you can share the information with whoever you want. When in an appointment and need to access data that can help with care, the doctor can filter the most important information in the health history within the application, saving time in the appointment and facilitating diagnosis.
- Keep all exams in one place: Don't miss out on an important exam during a medical appointment (image exams, blood, urine, etc). Just photograph the exam or enter login/password and laboratory name and we'll enter the information for you! Get easy access to all your information and, even better, don't keep piles of old exams at home.
- Medical records: Easily store the records of all medical appointments in one place: just photograph the record and we'll insert the information for you! Access from wherever you want and don't be out of date if you can't accompany your parents on any appointment.
- Be reminded at the right time to take and buy medicines: Don't forget to take your medicine at the right time and don't have to run out to buy medicine at the last minute. Have a list of all the medicines, a schedule to remember when to take them and be notified when the medicine is running out to buy more.
- How I'm Feeling Button: Your senior relative will be able to let you know via the app whenever they're feeling well or, for whatever reason, they're not. When you change the status you will immediately receive a message and you can contact them to better understand how they can help you.
- SOS button: If your relative has any emergency, he can click the SOS button and all authorized users will get a message to contact immediately to provide relief.
