Great articles and news overall. The photos included with many articles though are in need of drastic improvement. Actually show photos, maps, charts to help readers get a better understanding. Too often readers are left wanting and need to go elsewhere because of this.

STILL NOT FIXED 7/5/25 When will this be fixed??? It's impossible to read any articles because I'm fighting to scroll the whole time!!! Clearly I'm not the only one why hasn't this been fixed yet? This app is horrible. Haven't been able to open comments to read or post in months, and it was bad enough when the app resisted when trying to scroll back up but now it resists so much it's impossible to access parts of the articles. Support was contacted for both issues but has not fixed either.

Best source for New York news. But the app scrolling issue is becoming unbearable. Nearly impossible to read any article. Intense level of adds. Malfunction trying to access comments - endless loading but no entry. Finally an old complaint - Need to make a method to retain all saved articles, especially when transfering to a new phone. Basically how to permanently save our list of saved articles. What's the point of saving fascinating articles for my memory if they will inevitably vanish?
