About this app

The Mobile IP Video app is free and will change the way you communicate with your condominium and visitors to your home. It was developed to integrate with an Intelbras IP video intercom system (SVIP 1000).

Through a simple and intuitive interface, the user can answer video calls originated by the PVIP 1000 intercom that are intended for your apartment and if no one answers, this call can be redirected to the app on your smartphone.

Mobile IP Video is here to bring mobility and convenience to your routines and, with it, you can take your condominium intercom wherever you are, being able to answer calls and open the gate lock.

To use the app's features on your cell phone, you just need to have an SVIP 1000 video intercom system available in your condominium with access to the local network and internet*.

The app requires that the SVIP 1000 has software versions V3.030 or higher.

Features available in the application:
- The Mobile IP Video application is only capable of making and receiving calls with products from the SVIP1000 family (PVIP1000, TVIP 1000 HF and TVIP 2000 HF);
- Video calls between PVIP 1000 and the Android application;
- Receive calls with programmed forwarding via TVIP (origin PVIP 1000 or another TVIP 1000 HF/2000HF terminal);
- Receive or originate audio calls from an apartment with a TVIP 1000 HF or TVIP 2000 HF terminal;
- Call notification;
- Lock opening with configurable code;
- Concierge key with configurable code;
- Hands-free function;
- Mute function;

*For good audio and video quality using the internet in the application, the SVIP1000 system and the application user must be connected to a network with a good quality connection and with a minimum upload and download bandwidth of 500Kbp/s available (for each video call).
The SVIP1000 must be connected to a router with a public IP in its WAN and with the UPnP function active in the LAN for port negotiation with PVIP 1000 or CVIP 1000.
