Residents can open incident reports, reserve areas, authorize visitor entry, receive newsletters and much more, all from their cell phones.

Incidents opened by a resident are only visible to that resident and the administrator. Other residents cannot access open incident reports.

Every action taken on your incident triggers a notification to your cell phone. When the incident is finalized, you will receive instructions to approve or reject the solution given.

Important information such as water shortages or changes to internal procedures can be registered.

Documents such as internal regulations, collective agreements, and meeting minutes can also be made available. All users will receive notifications informing them of the new newsletter. The application informs the administrator which residents have or have not read the newsletter.
