The new Just Move app was developed to provide even more motivation and confidence in your training, packed with functions to help before, during and after your activities. Every detail was thought out to offer the best experience, allowing you to always feel as if our team were by your side, on your cell phone.
The new training area is completely renovated. A new design has been developed so you can focus on the information you need, with multiple features to train more confidently and safely, ensuring you're doing everything right.
In addition to the traditional, but redesigned sequence of exercise GIFs, the new application provides a new way for you to record your training activities, opening a new world within the Just Move universe.
The traditional execution GIFs will go much further: When starting an exercise, if you are training with headphones, quick tips from Leandro and Mariana will play so that you can maintain perfect execution of the movement.
Of course, we listened to our community of learners and responded to one of the most frequent requests by creating the weight note function. Without even switching from the screen, with just a few taps you can enter the weight for that exercise and it will be recorded in your activity!
A rest timer has been included so you can breathe and get the air you need to continue your workout.
A quick access to the explanation of the methodology used in the exercise will always be there when the doubt arises, in addition, of course, to an explanatory and more detailed video on the execution of the exercise in question.
And when you finish training, your activity will be recorded in your history!
But don't worry, if you accidentally close our app, or want to visit another page outside of the training session, you can pick up where you left off by clicking on the reminder that will be on our Home page.
