Worst internet experience ever. App makes no improvements. I bought 240 service. My chip from Tim provides faster speeds. In response to Claro's response below. I enter their app two or three times a day. The options to reset the wifi are limited. If there is an additional issue, it wants to schedule a technician; but the technician who comes say I should switch to OI; because the cable from Claro is too old and I shouldn't expect more than 7 MB when I contracted for 240. I finally called to cancel; of course they wanted to charge a fine for canceling. I reciprocated with an offer to fine them for not delivering what I paid for.

Absolute trash, all internet provider brands apps are trash but this one is the worse of them all, it's slow, crashes, infinite loadings, servers unavaible 90% of the time, "Try again later" ALL THE TIME, i tried to deunify my router and it says "unify network removed, congrats" just for it to NOT work, it says it's gixed but it isn't, it don't changes nothing, btw the technician visits area is all messed up, idk which team of incompetent programmers did it but it's garbage, -10 stars prolly

Horrific, the application is useless in practice, only serves when you should pay the invoice, other than that can not solve anything by the app. And very ironic that the biggest advertisement and that about auto service and digital invoice, which is by far the worst quality after the current customer service with "specialists", and this current "automatic" system. Do not presume more of app or attendants since it is useless to settle with either of them. I wish I could evaluate with -5 stars.
