Hackateno 2024 is a training, innovation, internal process improvement program and, above all, it will stimulate motivation and integration between teams and employees.

To begin with, this name in English is the combination of two other terms in the same language: "hack" refers to programming and "marathon" is a reference to the actual running competition. In other words, hackathon means a coding marathon. Hackateno is inspired by Hackathon.

Hackateno challenges professionals and encourages problem solving; works on trust and leadership between teams, opens space for new ideas and encourages creative problem solving.
