Minha Saúde SG is the health application for SUS patients that provides health information and services in the city of São Gonçalo, in order to facilitate access to medical consultations, exams and health guidelines.
See what you can do by downloading the Minha Saúde SG app:
- Carry out the health registration, adding a photo to the profile and identification data for access to health services;
- Access the news, services, campaigns and health information of the municipality;
- Receive notifications informing you about appointments, exams and scheduled procedures;
- Access the Virtual Regulation Center where the patient finds detailed information regarding the status of consultations and procedures and position in the queue awaiting authorization. It also allows you to identify by filters the history of calls according to the situation: requested, scheduled, returned, partially answered and carried out.
- Fill out health questionnaires for prior assessment of different health situations;
- Request medical care via telemedicine in the virtual call center;
- Receive clinical documents issued by the telemedicine doctor, such as prescriptions, certificates and guidelines.
- Access My Diary where the patient records health data such as weight, height, medications, blood pressure, among others, for personal control and monitoring by the health team.
