About this game

Rune Threads is a connect-the-dots puzzle for your phone in portrait mode, now in 3D. Drag your finger from one rune stone to the other stone of the same color to weave a thread of light across the stone slab. Threads never cross, and a level is only done when every pair is linked and the whole grid is filled. The story takes place in Brannoch, the stone circle where the seasons spin fast and the druids play to foresee the harvest.

Every level has a single solution, checked by a solver: you can solve it with logic, no guessing.

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 2.0
• A new 3D look: glowing stones, threads of light and a raised grid.
• A 100-level campaign in 3 chapters.

• Daily Thread: the same 3 grids for everyone, every day.
• Saved games: left in the middle? Pick up where you left off.
• 15 achievements to collect.
• If you already play, nothing is lost: your coins, stars and levels are still saved.

HOW TO PLAY
• Drag to draw a thread; go back along the path to undo part of it.
• Drawing over another thread cuts it. If you go back before lifting your finger, the cut thread comes back whole.
• Undo: 3 free per level; after that it costs 3 coins.
• Hint: draws one whole thread of the solution for 10 coins (you start with 30); if you are short of coins, you can get the hint by watching an ad.
• Restart the level whenever you like, for free. Giving up shows the solution.
• Runes on the colors: a different symbol on each color, for players who have trouble telling colors apart. Turn it on in Settings.

A CAMPAIGN IN 3 CHAPTERS
• The Four Seasons (20 levels): Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Archdruid Caelan's Circle, with grids from 5×5 to 9×9.
• Lunar Cycle (40 levels): tall grids, from 6×8 to 8×10, all the way to Priestess Morwen.
• Ancient Grove (40 levels): fallen menhirs block cells and your thread has to go around the stone, all the way to Ailbe the Ancient Oak.
• Short story scenes with the champions of each world.
• Earn 1 to 3 stars: 1 for winning, 1 more without a hint, 1 more within the move goal. There is no clock that ends your game.
• In Caelan's Circle and in the last level of each new chapter the Cycle rules: every three strokes the circle turns 90°, and the stones and threads turn with it.

FREE MODE AND QUICK GAME
• Free mode: endless levels from 5×5 up to 9×9, and the game keeps your best level.
• Quick game: choose Easy (5×5), Medium (7×7) or Hard (9×9). Every game is a new grid and it does not touch your campaign.

WHAT YOU GET

• Play offline, any time. No internet needed.
• No sign-up and no login: open and play.
• Ads never in the middle of a game: only now and then between levels, plus optional ads to earn coins or a hint, double a level's reward or skip a hard level.
