- Access your TRAINING: information about the exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and training expiration. Also consult your physical assessment whenever you want.

- Consult the SCHEDULE of classes: check in, check schedules, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, be notified as soon as you have a place available!

- Interact with teachers and colleagues, through TIMELINE, posting photos and messages.
