Olá! Por gentileza, entre em contato conosco para nos informar o seu chassi e CPF, assim conseguimos averiguar internamente o que está acontecendo e resolvermos o seu problema o quanto antes. Para entrar em contato é só acessar "Perfil" no menu do APP e depois selecionar a opção "Fale conosco".

Sei que a marca está obrigando os concessionários a fazerem os agendamentos via app mas já faz 4 vezes que marco um horário e chamam no whatsapp em seguida pedindo pra mudar a data, sinceramente, é uma perda de tempo pra o cliente e para a concessionária se tudo vai ser resolvido no whatsapp de qualquer jeito, e ainda por cima em uma data que o cliente não escolheu.
