The updated app is so frustrating, the features to view the weekly add and coupons are now reserved for a clanky in-app browser instead of actually being easily available IN THE APP. It makes it difficult to navigate when I'm just trying to use my phone, and trying to view the actual ad means I have to jump through multiple hoops to see it (not a list of the deals, I want to see the original style ad), whereas the app in the past made it easy to just pull up the pages in just one step.

The updated app looks nice but still lacks functionality of other larger chains. The most recent update in Nov 2025 didn't fix anything and probably made things worse. Can't open the weekly ad in app. I'm better off using the Broulims website where I can still view the print style ad. Maybe I'm old-school, but I prefer seeing a visual layout that I can scan quickly rather than scrolling through the lists of things on sale. I'll be less likely to shop here if they stop making the print style ad.

Crappy app that's not ready for prime time. After surrendering very specific personal details such as bdate, phone, and address, the app crashed and the coupons wouldn't clip. Standing at check out, I was told to stand in yet another line at customer service to get the advertised discounts. Complete garbage. I want my info back!!!!
