I have been using my perks number for years. A few months ago it stopped working. At the store they told me it's not in their system. I used the app to sign up again. I used a coupon once successfully (it's not intuitive at all). When I tried to login a month later it says my email address is not in their system. If I try to sign up again I can't because my email address is already in their system. The service is clearly not reliable and I caution others to not enter their real personal info.

Absolute garbage. I only downloaded it for the coupons. But not only do the coupons not work about 80% of the time but trying to clip the coupons is the most FRUSTRATING task in existence. It reloads after EVERY coupon clipped, which means you have to scroll all the way back down to find place for every coupon you want, and then, to top it all off, it will crash on you. Honestly the 50¢ you're saving is not worth it.

Complete garbage and unusable. Every time you attempt to clock on anything, the app stalls and crashes. They force some deals through digital coupons but then you can't even use the app to redeem them. Frustrating enough that you end up just paying the regular price for the items.
