I have been using my perks number for years. A few months ago it stopped working. At the store they told me it's not in their system. I used the app to sign up again. I used a coupon once successfully (it's not intuitive at all). When I tried to login a month later it says my email address is not in their system. If I try to sign up again I can't because my email address is already in their system. The service is clearly not reliable and I caution others to not enter their real personal info.

Absolute garbage. I only downloaded it for the coupons. But not only do the coupons not work about 80% of the time but trying to clip the coupons is the most FRUSTRATING task in existence. It reloads after EVERY coupon clipped, which means you have to scroll all the way back down to find place for every coupon you want, and then, to top it all off, it will crash on you. Honestly the 50¢ you're saving is not worth it.

App doesn't work. Can't use coupons to get advertised discounts. Employees won't help you or give you discount anyway even though the app shows them but won't add them to your coupon list which is the only way the store will accept them. Logging out your password no longer works nor does the reset/forgot password function. Best shop somewhere else.
